ReelManager provides a professional platform for managing Instagram Reel content across multiple accounts. Our services include:

• Multi-Account Management: Securely connect and manage multiple Instagram accounts through OAuth
• Content Scheduling: Schedule Instagram Reels for optimal posting times
• Analytics Dashboard: Track performance metrics across all connected accounts
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members on content strategy
• API Integration: Full integration with Instagram's official Content Publishing API

Platform Independence: ReelManager is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. We operate through Instagram's official API under their platform policies.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, and content (collectively, the "Content"), as well as our trademarks and logos.

Your License to Use Our Services

Content Storage

• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

9. Service Limitations

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination:

• Your scheduled content will be canceled
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate Instagram's terms, resulting in API access issues

11. Disclaimer

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Instagram will maintain API compatibility
• Your content will always publish successfully
• The Services will meet your specific requirements

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ReelManager harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content or Instagram posts
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of Instagram's terms or policies

14. Governing Law
