ReelManager Scheduler provides a professional platform for managing Pinterest content across multiple accounts at scale. Our services include:

• Multi-Account Management: Securely connect and manage unlimited Pinterest accounts through OAuth
• Bulk Pin Scheduling: Schedule thousands of pins across multiple accounts and boards
• Board Management: Organize and distribute pins across your Pinterest boards automatically
• Analytics Dashboard: Track impressions, clicks, saves, and engagement across all connected accounts
• Media Management: Handle images, videos, and pin metadata at scale
• API Integration: Full integration with Pinterest's official API v5
• Automated Publishing: High-volume pin distribution with intelligent rate limit handling

Platform Independence: ReelManager Scheduler is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. We operate through Pinterest's official API v5 under their Developer Terms of Service and Platform Guidelines.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, and content (collectively, the "Content"), as well as our trademarks and logos.

Your License to Use Our Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your legitimate business purposes.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to our platform. We do not claim ownership of your Pinterest content, pins, images, descriptions, or media files. However, by using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and publish your content through Pinterest's API as directed by you.

3. User Representations

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You own or have proper authorization for all Pinterest accounts you connect
• You have rights to all content you upload and publish
• You will not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• All information you provide is accurate and current
• You will comply with Pinterest's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Advertising Standards
• You will not use our Services to spam or engage in manipulative practices

4. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring all connected Pinterest accounts are legitimate and compliant
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate
• Managing access for any team members or collaborators

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate Pinterest's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Advertising Standards
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates any third-party rights
• Use our Services to spam, manipulate engagement, or create inauthentic activity
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or API restrictions
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of our platform
• Use automated tools or bots beyond our provided functionality
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use our Services to compete with us or create similar platforms
• Scrape or collect user data from Pinterest in violation of their policies
• Create fake accounts or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Violate intellectual property rights through pinned content

6. Pinterest Integration & OAuth

OAuth Authorization

Our platform connects to Pinterest through official OAuth 2.0 authentication. When you connect a Pinterest account:

• You authorize us to access specific scopes: boards:read, boards:write, pins:read, pins:write, user_accounts:read
• You grant us permission to create pins and manage boards on your behalf
• You can revoke these permissions at any time through Pinterest's account settings
• We only access data necessary for our Services to function
• We comply with all Pinterest API v5 terms, rate limits, and policies

Pinterest Compliance

You acknowledge that:

• Pinterest may change their API, policies, or terms, affecting our Services
• We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Pinterest's platform
• You must comply with Pinterest's current Terms of Service and Platform Guidelines
• Pinterest policy violations may result in account disconnection or termination
• Pinterest may impose rate limits that affect posting frequency
• We are not responsible for Pinterest's actions, including account suspensions

API Rate Limits

Pinterest imposes rate limits on API usage. Our system automatically manages these limits, but high-volume operations may experience delays to maintain compliance.

7. Content Management

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you schedule through our platform. This includes ensuring that your content:

• Complies with Pinterest's Community Guidelines and Advertising Standards
• Does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• Contains accurate information and proper attributions
• Is appropriate for your intended audience
• Meets applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Does not contain misleading links or spam

Content Storage

We temporarily store your content (images, videos, descriptions, links) to facilitate scheduling and publishing. Content may be stored until published or removed by you. We use secure storage systems and do not use your content for any purpose other than providing our Services.

Board and Pin Management

Our system accesses your Pinterest boards to organize and distribute pins according to your scheduling preferences. You maintain full control over board selection and pin distribution strategies.

8. Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to paid features:

• Fees are due in advance and charged on a recurring basis
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
• You're responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government fees
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year

9. Service Limitations

Our Services are subject to certain limitations:

• API Rate Limits: Pinterest imposes rate limits that may affect posting frequency and bulk operations
• Content Types: We support image and video formats allowed by Pinterest's API
• Account Limits: Subscription plans may limit the number of connected accounts
• Service Availability: We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Third-Party Dependencies: Our service depends on Pinterest's API availability and policies
• Storage Limits: Media storage may be subject to plan-based limitations
• Concurrent Processing: High-volume operations are queued and processed sequentially

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination:

• Your scheduled pins will be canceled
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Fail to pay required fees
• Violate Pinterest's terms, resulting in API access issues
• Use our Services in ways that could harm our platform or reputation
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

11. Disclaimer

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Pinterest will maintain API compatibility or availability
• Your pins will always publish successfully
• The Services will meet your specific requirements
• Pinterest will not suspend or restrict your accounts
• Results from using our Services will meet your expectations

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

We are not liable for:

• Actions taken by Pinterest, including account suspensions or restrictions
• Changes to Pinterest's API, policies, or terms
• Loss of traffic, followers, or engagement on Pinterest
• Content policy violations or copyright claims

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ReelManager Scheduler, its operators, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content, pins, or Pinterest activity
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your violation of Pinterest's terms, policies, or guidelines
• Any false or misleading information you provide
• Claims related to copyright, trademark, or other IP infringement

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Budapest, Hungary.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms on our website
• Sending email notifications to registered users
• Displaying prominent notices in our platform

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms remain in full force and effect.

Platform Compliance Statement

ReelManager Scheduler operates as an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. We use Pinterest's official API v5 and comply with all Developer Terms of Service and Platform Guidelines.

By using ReelManager Scheduler, you acknowledge that you understand our independent status and agree to comply with both our Terms and Pinterest's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable policies.

Pinterest API Scopes: Our application uses the following Pinterest API scopes: boards:read, boards:write, pins:read, pins:write, and user_accounts:read. These are necessary to provide our scheduling and management services.
